In AutoSentry, a generated repair deleted too much code. Review caught it. The next design had to reproduce the error and check the correction before opening a proposal.

Understand before automating. Who will use it, what they need, and what the system should not do.
Review what gets delivered. A convincing model output does not replace a check.
Describe the limits, too. I prefer a concrete story to a promise that is hard to prove.
